It looks like Beyoncé’s “Grown Woman” has finally been released to the public. After a preview of the song landed on her new Pepsi commercial, she performed the record live for the first time during the Paris stop of her The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour which I caught on Youtube. Above is the full studio version of the Timbaland-produced track, co-written by The-Dream. This vibrant dance record will most likely appear on her upcoming untitled fifth solo album.

Rihanna’s River Island Summer Unveiling

SEE Rihanna talk through her second collection for River Island, which is due to arrive in stores on May 25. Join the singer on a model fitting, as she explains what inspired her latest high summer 2013 high street line in a new behind-the-scenes film.

“I just wanted stuff that I wanted to wear because at the end of the day that’s what got me into designing – seeing things on the rack that were great, but that could have been a little more me,” said Rihanna. “Maybe they could have been a little longer or shorter, or have a little more sex appeal or a little less. I wanted to make clothes for fat days; stuff that I want to wear. I was being selfish. Hopefully, my friends and people who shop at River Island will have the same taste.”

Watch the star and her co-designer Adam Selman as they peruse the rails, holding up jumpsuits covered in floral and tie-dye prints, simple dresses in black and pink, an oversized military-style khaki jacket, a high-waisted skater skirt and slinky crop top. The collection was first shown during London Fashion Week in February.

“I made a piece for everybody in my crew, we all have different body types and different tastes – some are braver than others,” she said. “I think like that because that’s how women in the world are. We’re all different, we like different things, we have different occasions and different moods.”

Once again, Jourdan Dunn stars in the collection’s latest campaign – wearing a Baywatch-style one-piece and a slinky, red mini dress. C

There’s not a dull moment in Patrizia Pepe’s spring / summer 2013 collection, and that has largely to do with two things: the vibrant colours and cheerful prints that borrow from eras yore, and the brand’s ever-desirable accessories that turn even a simple white shirt into the kind of girlish eye-candy that will make mouths water.

The overall mood is channeling the sweet, mod side of the 1960s, with graphic print clutches and fairyfloss colours finding their place alongside flippya-line skirts, flared pants, and relaxed tailored blazers. Between those and the bold jewellery pieces – resin insects and flowers forming necklaces, cuffs and collars – the springtime mood will easily infect any girl with its optimistic, youthful exuberance.

She waters her flowers in a skirt, vamps at a car wash, and dances in the streets in the Diane Martel-directed clip (“Blurred Lines”), which was shot in L.A.

Leah’s i am OTHER/So So Def/Epic Records debut is due later this year featuring production from Pharrell and J.D.

“The album is just a really good, feel-good album,” said the 26-year-old singer, who got her first taste of stardom on “American Idol.” “It makes you happy, it makes you want todance. It’s gonna remind you of the good times.”

This one’s bursting at the seams with rhythmic swagger. NYC’s mysterious girl/guy duo, ASTR, kills it with their gleaming pop jam “Operate”. With significant hiphop/trap-influenced beats, the sexy hit is vastly different (and better, I believe) than the 4 other tracks they’ve created over the past year.
